• Responsible for providing distribution support to all channels with regards to MIS reporting.
  • Providing analytics on reports on looking at potential trends to assist the sales management in managing day-to-day operations.
  • Identify areas for potential misselling risks and compliance issues.

  1. Assist in driving overall performance through timely and accurate reporting.
  2. Provide analytics on management reports identifying potential trends to help sales management.
  3. Provide analysis on potential misselling risks and compliance issues based on sales patterns of sales intermediaries.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with other HO departments as needed in preparation of reports.
  • Conduct analysis on management reports to identify sales trends.
  • Coordinate with the channel heads on identified trends to provide insight on day to day activities.
  • Conduct analysis on sales trends and behavior of sales intermediaries to identify potential misselling and compliance issues.
  • Coordinate with channel heads and compliance if any potential issues are identified.

Technical and Job-specific Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the life insurance industry or in a similar line of work
  • Skills to work independently and as a team
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Detail Orientation
  • Digital Skills is an advantage
