Description

  • To provide contest results & sales reports to the immediate superiors, Mancom, sales force and to other channels.
  • To check and ensure the accuracy of the statistical data by reviewing all generate reports and data sources. 
  • To analyze all contest results and sales reports, and provide suggestions to improve the process, eliminate errors and non-conformities.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  1. Provide on time contest results and Management Information Reports, based on the agreed schedules/ KRAs.
  2. Provide accurate reports and updates with zero "0" errors.
  3. Lessen manual preparation of reports by 50% at the end of the year.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all reports are released based on the agreed schedules/KRAs.
  • Follow strictly the rules and cut-offs for all reconciliation of accounts to avoid delay in releasing the reports
  • Resolution of pending accounts (including recons) and approvals from immediate superiors should not exceed from the agreed schedules to avoid delays.
  • Ensure all reports are reviewed and checked before release.
  • Update all report templates for any changes/movements and approved "special cases" from all channels.
  • Regularly check all generated reports and data sources for any discrepancies and report immediately to the immediate superior and the assigned HO personnels for investigation & correction.

  • Constant coordination with immediate superior & IT personnel for any discrepancies identified during UAT.
  • Review all reports and suggest ways for improvements.

Technical and Job-specific Requirements

  • College/University Degree in Business Administration and/or Allied professions.
  • Insurance Administration
  • Product Knowledge
  • Statistical reports
  • Good written & communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, excel & powerpoint
  • Goal oriented and results driven
  • Responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment/ Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
