Technical and Job-specific requirements
At least 3 years work experience in the insurance industry with knowledge on life and health insurance products.
Versatile contributor who can prepare market studies, create highly personalized propositions/presentations per client/partner, and help develop and improve sales operations.
Advance excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Can handle cold prospecting methods to direct clients/partners.
Interested and challenged to be part of a new team and build a Business Development department which will require participation in handling small and big tasks to reach the team’s objectives.
Independent, self-starter, and results-oriented with strong commercial, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
