Allianz Healthbox Members are entitled to participate in Holding Space's online synchronous weekly Group Classes (via Zoom), One-on-one Wellness Sessions, and Retreats at a significant discount.
The online synchronous weekly Group Classes (via Zoom) are designed to teach the participants to raise their vitality and bring more harmony to their body systems, experience more balanced emotions, radiate with beauty and feel their inner strength. Choose from the following types of classes:
- SINGLE CLASS PASS
- Wellness-themed classes to help the participants calm the mind & relax the body.
- CLASS SERIES
- A 3-class or 4-class series to empower individuals toward self-mastery. Themes may include, but not limited to Overcoming Anxiety & Depression, Developing Self-Love, Healing Relationships, Finding Life, Purpose, Change & Transition, Reframing Limiting Beliefs, and more.
- SPECIAL CLASS
- A meditation, live intuitive reading, sound healing and journaling class during full moon or new moon to teach individuals how to let go of what is no longer serving them and to manifest their heart’s desires.
The 1:1 Wellness Sessions are designed to help busy individuals slow down and come back to balance. All wellness sessions can be availed online or onsite. Choose from any of the following:
- HARMONY
- Wellness-themed classes to help the participants calm the mind & relax the body.
- SOUND & REIKI
- Release what no longer serves you. A one-hour session of reiki-infused sound bath to balance & align your energy. Recommended for reactive or anxious people who need peace, calm & renewed vitality.
- CLARITY
- Empower yourself to take guided actions. A one-hour session of intuitive reading & 15 mins sound healing. Recommended for people who need grounding & mental clarity.
The Wellness Retreats are designed to take individuals on an inward journey of consciousness, healing, and rejuvenation where they are embraced in a loving & compassionate space with intention, attention, and energy allowing them to be vulnerable to go through their pains. - This promotion is only valid for Allianz Healthbox Members. Allianz Healthbox Members can apply the promotion to a maximum of:
- One (1) per month for synchronous online classes (via Zoom)
- Three (3) times a year for 1:1 Holding Space sessions
- Two (2) times a year for Holding Space Retreats (2D1N & 3D2N).
- The promotion is valid for 1 year from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
- The promotion cannot be converted into cash and cannot be applied in conjunction or in combination with any other discounts, offers, packages and promotions (such as holiday sale).
- Classes, Sessions or Retreats that have been redeemed with the use of the promotion are non-transferable and any payments that have been made to settle any applicable remaining balances are non-refundable.
