Job Summary

  • Develop and launch partnerships for new business models and new channels of distribution (e.g., broker's health partnerships, digital startups, banks, telemarketing, social media/influencer marketing, referral models)
  • Lead partnership development from prospecting to closing
  • Support in managing overall broker's health unit and developing and scaling broker's health business of Allianz PNB Life (e.g., proposition development, project management, cross-functional collaboration, digital marketing, program monitoring and continuous improvement)

Requirements

  • At least 3 years work experience in the insurance industry with knowledge on life and health insurance products.
  • Versatile contributor who can prepare market studies, create highly personalized propositions/presentations per client/partner, and help develop and improve sales operations.
  • Advance excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Can handle cold prospecting methods to direct clients/partners.
  • Interested and challenged to be part of a new team and build a Business Development department which will require participation in handling small and big tasks to reach the team’s objectives.
  • Independent, self-starter, and results-oriented with strong commercial, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
