Enroll to the Auto Debit Arrangement through these easy steps:
Click the bank’s name from the list above to download the ADA Form. Fill it out and ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
Submit the original form through your Financial Adviser or send it to Allianz PNB Life Head Office.

You can make your Peso cash premium payments at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch nationwide.
Submit it to the Cebuana Lhuillier cashier together with the payment.
