Lead account management of existing group insurance accounts. Manage relationships with group insurance clients. Prepare renewal letters and coordinate endorsements, billing, and claims with group administration team.

  • Attend to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Manage 100+ accounts.
  • Prepare renewal letters within 90 days from expiry.

  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

  • Knowledge in insurance industry, specifically health insurance, is an advantage

    1-2 years of experience in telemarketing is an advantage.
  • License for traditional life insurance (Insurance Commission).
