Group Insurance Officer

Description

Lead account management of existing group insurance accounts. Manage relationships with group insurance clients. Prepare renewal letters and coordinate endorsements, billing, and claims with group administration team.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  1. Manage group accounts and attend to their requests.
  2. Present renewal letters to existing group accounts.
  3. Handle relationship management with group clients.
  • Attend to client inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Manage 100+ accounts.
  • Prepare renewal letters within 90 days from expiry.

  • Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

  • Knowledge in insurance industry, specifically health insurance, is an advantage
    Knowledge in insurance industry, specifically health insurance, is an advantage.

  • Knowledge in insurance industry, specifically health insurance, is an advantage
    1-2 years of experience in telemarketing is an advantage.
  • License for traditional life insurance (Insurance Commission).
