We are looking for a creative and analytical problem solver who is capable of translating complex business concepts into clear, concise and appealing e-Learning content. The role is based in Makati.

  1. Instructional Design: Digital Course Development
  2. Instructional Design: Content Design 
  3. Planning

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and delivers well-organized and engaging learning solutions/materials using e-Learning authoring tools.
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
  • Analyze, apply trends/best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
  • Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
  • Updates and improves existing materials to make it more engaging and apt for the intended audience. 
  • Manages projects from inception to completion, and adapts accordingly to changing priorities.
  • Completes assigned training design and development projects within established timeframes.
  • Works with SMEs to ensure content is effective, relevant, and is aligned with overall business goals.

Technical and Job-specific Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a major corporate training environment, including instructional design projects for multiple teams.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong self-directed project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate 9
  • Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills 
  • Background in Bloom's taxonomy 
  • Graphic design experience
