Description

  • The Licensing and UDS Recruitment Support Supervisor is involved in coding agents, licensing qualified recruits, ensuring the completeness of agent's applications, keeping the system updated, and monitoring of agents' transfer and mobility. 
  • He/she requires at least 3 years of experience in supervisory role and capable of making decision concerning budget. 

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  1. Code agents and license qualified recruits. 
  2. Complete documents and assure compliance.
  3. Transfer and mobility of all agents.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Code at least 150 new agents every month.
  • Provide feedback to the agent or external client regarding the status of clearance within 3 days.
  • Code experienced agents within 30 days upon resignation.
  • Pre-screen new recruits (minimum of 150 per month) and conduct background investigation.
  • 100% screening of licensing documents. Ensure that qualified recruits acquire 1 license from the company and 1 license from the insurance commission.
  • Compliance to all important documents for coding. Acts as liaison officer and submits 100% of application to insurance commission.  
  • Transfer documents from one branch to another. Adheres to Turnaround Time (TAT). 
  • Profiling of agents and securing if the requesting party meets the requirements for promotion or termination.
  • Error-free encoding of data on system and timely feedback to the requesting party.

Technical and Job-specific Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in licensing, handling / liaising with the insurance commission 
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Possesses interpersonal communication skills and good public relation to maintain satisfactory customer service and effective coordination with other parties
  • Should be flexible and capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Computer skills (MS office proficiency)
  • Preferably with LOMA certification
