Job Summary

The Sales Training Specialist is primarily responsible in pre, during and post conduct of training programs for distributors. He/She prepares logistics, invitations, promotions to target audience of programs that will be conducted. He/She conducts, monitors, reviews and updates training programs to ensure that materials are constantly relevant in the improvement of the skills and knowledge of distributors. Accomplishment of training reports within set deadlines are also crucial.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  1. Increase recruitment ratio of leaders (agency)
  2. Increase overall company activation and productivity
  3. Improvement of leader training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Education, Psychology, Communications or Marketing
  • At least 2 years work experience in training and development, with preference to Life Insurance, Finance or Banking industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development
  • Advanced knowledge on MS PowerPoint Application
  • Exposure in training leaders is preferred
