The Product Specialist will support the Chief Product Provider Officer in the development and presentation of customer-based and innovative product propositions for Allianz PNB Life, specifically focusing on Agency channel.  This role will also assist in the preparation of various requirements for the approval of new products as well as in the implementation and launch of these new initiatives. The position will regularly connect with distribution partners to ensure proper alignment of product-related requirements.

1. Support in the product approval process by preparing various requirements to have the proposition approved thru different gates such as local committees, regional office, regulatory bodies, and channel.
2. Take lead in the implementation and management of various product propositions by engaging with different units in building the requirements for both business and systems.
3. Assist in the post-launch related activities to gauge operational effectiveness and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

• Strong customer focus and with demonstrated projects/initiatives in delivering product propositions
• Experience in developing customer and product marketing strategies, preferably from the insurance industry
• Exposure to dealing with both internal and external stakeholders e.g., customers, distributors, bank or external partners
• Able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and highly analytical
