Critical Illness


PLANS: Health Dynamics, Critical Illness 100, Dread Disease
Coverage is provided to the covered Critical Illness conditions, which does not include COVID-19.

PLAN: Allianz eAZy Health
Coverage for complications that will arise due to COVID-19 and will meet the criteria for Whole Person Impairment.

Hospitalization


PLAN: ALL Plans with attached Daily Hospital Income Benefit rider
Covered for in-patient hospitalization due to COVID-19.

PLUS: DOUBLE DAILY HOSPITAL INCOME BENEFIT (DHIB) due to COVID-19
The Daily Hospital Income Benefit is DOUBLED for hospitalization related to COVID-19 until June 30, 2020, capped at 30 days. This applies to all inforce policies with DHIB Rider as of March 13, 2020, except group insurance plans.

PLANS: Allianz Well!, Allianz Compass
Covered for in-patient hospitalization due to COVID-19. Covered for unlimited telemedicine consultation and expert medical opinion.

PLUS: ADDITIONAL LUMP-SUM COVID-19 Diagnosis Benefit
Additional one-time lump sum diagnosis benefit of Php 50,000 to those insured with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 until June 30, 2020. This applies to all inforce policies of International Health Plans (Allianz Well! and Allianz Compass) policies as of March 13, 2020.

Travel


PLAN: Air Lite
Coverage relates to accidents and injuries during air travel whether related to COVID-19 or not.

Accident


PLANS: Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Personal Accident Plan
Coverage relates to accidents and injuries whether related to COVID-19 or not.

Life


PLANS: Whole Life, Term, Endowment, Unit-Linked Plans
Covered for deaths due to COVID-19. If Guaranteed Acceptance Endorsement (GAE) is attached, coverage is limited to accident 5 covered illness for the first 2 years.

PLUS: ADDITIONAL LIFE INSURANCE BENEFIT due to COVID-19
An additional PHP 50,000 or USD 1,000 as bereavement benefit shall be give in the event that the Insured's death is due to complications arising from COVID-19 until June 30, 2020. This is on a per life insured basis, applicable to all active policies as of March 13, 2020, except Air Lite and group insurance plans.
