Our customers and employees are valuable to us, as we wouldn’t be whole without the other. Despite the COVID-19 outbreak and eventual enhanced community quarantine, we made it a point to still continue serving our customers to the best of our capabilities while making sure that our employees are safe and protected from the virus.

Thus we are proud to say that we are still able to serve you despite the ongoing pandemic. With the efforts of our Operations team, and the ability to harness technology to help us, our services have been enhanced and modified so we can be with you during these challenging times.

We are able to fully equip our Customer Service team with the tools they need in order to continue attending to customer inquiries and servicing requests from the comfort of their homes. Customer Service hours have been adjusted to 8AM-4PM.
We understand the shift in priorities during these times, to help you worry less about expenses, we have extended the grace period of payment up to 75 days.
A simplified claims procedure was set in place for claimants due to COVID-19, allowing the use of a medical certificate instead of a death certificate.
