My Applications

The following information are shown:

  • Application Number
  • Owner and Insured
  • Plan Description
  • Application Status
  • Pending Requirements
  • Payment Status
  • Mobile and Email Address
  • Status Date
A button “View Requirements” will show if the application has any pending requirement. By clicking this button, it will show the requirement that needs to be submitted to process their application.

If multiple applications have different contact information and is not yet authenticated, an “Authenticate” button will be visible in the dashboard.

By clicking this button, owner will trigger the authentication window in order to validate his new mobile number or email address.

My Policies

The following information are shown:

  • Policy Information – shows the Policy Details, Beneficiary, Policy Value (for Trad) and Fund Value (for UL)
  • Billing and Payment – shows the billing and payment transaction history of the policy

What Policy Changes can I request?

  • Change in Payment Scheme
  • Change in Payment Mode
  • Change of Trustee
  • Premium Redirection
  • Fund Switch
  • Partial Withdrawal

1    Policy Details – shows the basic information and changes made to the policy

Owner may view the status of their change requests in the Policy Details:

  • Endorsed – if the request is already approved or applied
  • Pending – if the request is still waiting for approval (for checking of requirements)

2    Beneficiary – shows the details of the Policy Beneficiaries.

Following information are shown:​

  • Beneficiary Name​
  • Date of Birth​
  • Relationship to the Insured​
  • Priority​
  • Designation​
  • Percentage of share

3    Policy Value – shows the value of the policy as of date. This information is only available to Traditional Policies. 

Following information are shown:​

  • Cash Value
  • Dividends transaction and option (if there's any)
  • Fund Rider (if there's any)

4    Fund Value – shows the initial and current fund value of the policy. This information is only available to Unit-Linked Policies.​

Following information are shown:​

  • Fund Name
  • Percent Allocation
  • Number of Units
  • Unit Price
  • Fund Value

Fund related transactions may be triggered in this window such as: Fund Withdrawals, Fund Switch, and Re-allocate Fund. This will redirect the owner to Policy Inquiry and Requests dashboard.

  1. Billing - shows the billing history of the policy (Due Date, Mode of Payment, and Amount)
  2. Payment - shows the payment transaction history of the policy (OR Number, Mode of Payment, OR Date, Amount, and Payment Status)

Policy Inquiry and Requests

Following may be requested (may vary depending on the product):​

  • Change of Payment Scheme
  • Change of Mode of Payment
  • Designation of Trustee
  • Request for Premium Redirection
  • Fund Switch
  • Partial Withdrawal
  • Other payment schemes may require the client to submit a filled-out form upon request.
  • Filled out form may be attached by dragging the document in the drop box window.
  • To complete the submission, owner shall accept the Declarations and Agreements.​

  • Owner may select his new mode of payment for the policy.
  • If the policy has an irrevocable beneficiary, a consent letter should be submitted along with the request. Consent letter may be attached via drop box window.
  • To complete the submission, Owner shall accept the Declarations and Agreements.
  • Owner shall completely fill out the new trustee information.
  • To complete the submission, owner shall accept the Declarations and Agreements.
  • By selecting this request, this will show the policy’s Fund Summary as of date.
 
  • Owner may select the new fund to which his premium allocation will be redirected.
  • Only funds available to the policy will be shown in the dropdown.
  • Owner may define the percent allocation to the fund (minimum direction applies).
  • To complete the submission, owner shall accept the Declarations and Agreements.
  • Owner may request to withdraw based on the following units of measurement: Amount, Percentage, or Fund Units.​

 
  • Once unit of measurement is defined, Owner shall define how much will be withdrawn from the fund (should not be less than the allowed minimum withdrawn amount).
  • To complete the submission, owner shall accept the Declarations and Agreements.
  • Owner may request to switch fund value based on the following units of measurement: Amount, Percentage, or Fund Units.
 
  • Owner will define the source fund and amount to be switched (based on unit of measurement defined).​

  • Once defined, owner shall define the new fund to which the value from the source fund will be switched to.
    ○    Dropdown will only show the funds available to the policy.​
    ○    Fund Switching is subject to allowed minimum fund value for the selected fund.
  • To complete the submission, owner shall accept the Declarations and Agreements.
