The Fund aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation and regular income by investing in the BlackRock Systematic Global Equity High Income Fund which invests globally in equities of companies with no prescribed country or regional limits and sells calls on equity indices. It shall apply a hedging mechanism via forwards that will minimize the impact of PHP-USD exchange rate fluctuations on the underlying Dollar-denominated fund investment.
